LIFE AFTER DEATH
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.  Hebrews 9:27

u    Purgatory
Biblical salvation has no need for a place such as purgatory where the soul supposedly becomes objectively beautiful to God. Rather, it is rooted in God’s imputation of His own perfect righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21).

u    What happens after death?
When people die they go to either one of two places, either to be with the Lord Jesus Christ in Heaven or, if unsaved, they go to the place that Jesus Christ called Hell.

u    Everlasting Punishment
Examine the Scriptures to see what it has to say on this important subject.

u    Death is a rude visitor

Death comes for whom it will and we cannot escape its touch. It will come for us all one day and with its grip we will be dragged from this life into the next.

u    Flee from the coming wrath
Your baptism, your church-going, your taking of the Lord’s supper, your reciting of church prayers, your family prayers, your giving of your money, everything of your own put together will all be less than nothing, and vanity, if you trust in it.

u    Will there be a second chance?

After death, all that remains for the unbeliever is judgment

u    What does the Bible say about Soul-sleep?
The Bible tells us that the instant you die, you are taken to heaven or Hell based on whether you had received Christ as your Saviour or not.

u    Eternal punishment of the lost

The punishment of the wicked and the life of the righteous are for equal duration - 'for ever and ever.'

u    The consciousness of the soul after death
Is the soul conscious after death? This is not a new question. For centuries there have been certain religionists who have contended that the soul existed after death but that it was not conscious. Make sure you know what the truth is.

u    Give me the Works - Father
...confession, communion, and the anointing of the sick. The trilogy of sacraments known as the Last Rites. How efficacious are they?

u    Eternal punishment or universalism and annihilationism
I think you will agree with me that John 3:36 completely demolishes both these fatal errors.

u    A Loving God
Since God must punish the sinner for offending Him (breaking His holy and righteous law), and our works cannot undo the offence against God, then how are we going to escape so great a righteous judgment?

u    Heaven & Hell
Think for a moment – when was the last time you heard a sermon about heaven or about hell?

u    Is there life after death?

Jesus Christ came back from the grave in a real body, and so will all those who believe on Him.

u    Unsaved after death
People usually have one main argument against such preaching. 'God is too good to send people to Hell'. Find out what they say.
